The machines for drilling holes in pipes for heat exchangers of the FTC series are designed for drilling holes of all shapes and sizes in steel and copper tubes with a diameter of up to 250 mm and a thickness of up to 4 mm, mainly used in the production of heat exchangers. The machines are equipped with a tool magazine and have 5 CNC-controlled coordinates:
  • the axis of the longitudinal movement of the drill;
  • the axis of the transverse movement of the drill;
  • drill rotation (to control the drilling mode);
  • working (vertical) drill stroke;
  • rotation of the workpiece around its axis (from -90 to +90).
