Machines for the production of U-shaped tubes (bends). The tube is fed from the bay, passes through the bending unit, where it bends with the use of a mandrel to obtain a steeply bent branch. After bending, the product is cut off with a circular saw with a vacuum chip removal. The machines allow you to work with several coils at the same time. The average productivity of the machines is about 5-7 seconds per product.
