Machines for forming pipe ends without heating of the PL series are equipped with CNC control. The machines can be combined in line with other machines (properly-cutting, bending) and function in concert. The molding of the ends (distribution, rolling, reduction, spherical rolling, landing, etc.) is carried out with a tool placed on a multi-position turret, which allows for multi-stage (multi-cycle) molding. The clamping jaws of the vise are made in such a way that it is possible to process both straight and bent tubes, as well as to install tubes with nipple connections. The SP modification has an additional tool with a rotation drive.

The machines for forming the ends of pipes with heating of the BPR series are designed for rolling the ends of a copper tube both hermetically and with a hole. Processing of tubes made of aluminum alloys and black steel is allowed. The seaming is done with a rotating tool. The workpiece is clamped in a special clamp. The shape of the seaming can be either flat or spherical. The entire processing cycle with the control of the temperature parameters of the workpiece heating occurs automatically.
